PASTOR PrayerGuide

DAY 1 FOR GOD’S BLESSING FOR MY PASTOR

Lord Jesus, I thank You for my Pastor. Bless him in all of his responsibilities, in all of his relationships, in all of his appointments, in all of his ministries. Lord, bless them as you lead them.

DAY 2 FOR MY PASTOR’S LIKENESS TO JESUS

Lord, may his life imitate Christ in everything that he does and inspire others to do the same. (1 Cor. 11:1) May the world see Jesus in him. Lord, may the leadership of the Holy Spirit move in him that he may know Your will.

DAY 3 FOR GOD’S WORK IN MY PASTOR

Lord, thank You for the wonderful work You have done in him.  Thank You for Your promise to complete that work in him until the day of Christ Jesus (Phil 1:6). Lord, may these coming days be the greatest ever as you lead him and his family to be faithful to You God.

DAY 4 FOR GOD’S ANOINTING ON HIS FAMILY

Lord, You have anointed us as Your children and today we ask for a special anointing on our Pastor and his family as they seek to obey you.

DAY 5 FOR WISDOM

Lord, bless my Pastor with Your supernatural wisdom as he seeks to execute the assignments of your call. We ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit in every decision he makes.

DAY 6 FOR DISCERNMENT AS A MAN OF GOD

Lord, we ask for a discerning mind to prioritize the precious minutes of the day. Let him discern what is most important and be guarded against the tyranny of the urgent. Lord, fulfill Your will in his life every day as he seeks to follow You.

DAY 7 FOR TIME ALONE WITH GOD

Lord, guard his time with You. Let nothing hinder his time with You (Acts 6:2). Protect him and his family from all the things that could distract them from their devotional life. Grant them the time, the desire, and the place to pray, meditate, study and spend with You. Lord, we ask for the protection of Jesus Christ against the attacks of Satan on our Pastor, his family, and the church.

THE PURPOSE OF PRAYER

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father.
